Presenters for the Country Music Association Awards last night were the father and daughter duo of Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley admitted that her father encouraged her to tease her tresses to high heaven for the event.
The Hannah Montana star told E!, “My daddy said that I should wear it up and put it in a ‘Get your hair as high and close to Jesus as possible’ type hairdo. I said, ‘Daddy, I don’t think I can get it any higher, but I did my best.’ “
