Sources close to Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have confirmed that the duo got hitched on Sunday (September 9) at the Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. According to People, Blake and Ryan enjoyed an evening wedding complete with family, friends, a white tent and a performance by Florence Welsh.
Blake and Ryan were first linked romantically back in October of last year after and they’ve been working to keep their relationship very private ever since. Why would that be?
Well, if you’ll recall, Blake’s relationships with Leonardo DiCaprio and Penn Badgley, as well as Ryan’s two-year marriage to Scarlett Johansson, were all very public and did not end well. Here’s to hoping this more private affair does work.
