that dress is more unfortunate than the accident.
Gotta say, that pooch is cute though…
that is what puppers do….they pee every 15-20 minutes.
The worst part is that she lets her small pup wander off leash. Dogs this size are very open to attacks by other dogs, running into the street and getting hit, etc…most of these young girls just have the dogs as ornaments, soooo SAD and wrong!
