Tis the year of the Pitt. Celebrating his 45th birthday today, Brad Pitt was also nominated on the same day for a Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

The actor claims that he’s already taken a peek into his future by donning prosthetics and make-up for the film, which features Brad aging backwards. “I was actually quite intrigued to see where it might be heading. I doubt time and gravity will be as kind as I was to myself,” the actor told the L.A. Times.

But Brad can rest assured that no future gray hairs will spring from his head as a result of strife with Angelina Jolie. He told Rolling Stone, “Angie and I do not fight anymore. What occurred to me on this film, and also with the passing of her mother, is that there’s going to come a time when I’m not going to get to be with this person anymore.”

That’s awesome. I should learn from this. The next time my boyfriend complains about having to take off his shoes in the apartment, I can throw my imminent death in his face.
