Here’s the newest piece. His name is Brandon Stoughton and he’s the dude in hometown-bound Britney Spears‘ new beautiful art piece, the video for “Womanizer”. Seriously, it’s entrancing. I can’t stop watching it. I go between that and Mickey Avalon‘s “Jane Fonda” video lately.
“Womanizer” is directed by the same auteur who did Brit’s “Toxic” video. In fact, it’s somewhat of a sequel, which totally explains that fat guy with the glasses who makes a cameo in the new one. I was like “why is this accountant stalking Britney?”
And newcomer Stoughton had ideas of his own.
“They both took it very seriously. They’re inventive. He would come up with ideas,” said director Joseph Kahn.
Stoughton’s main idea was probably how to keep snack food crumbs off of himself. But he was probably unaware that this is new Britney! She hasn’t been to a Circle K in ages!
