That must be a relief. Brandy won’t have to face charges in that car accident she was involved in last year. Brandy’s car hit the vehicle of Awatef Aboudihaj. Who didn’t survive. The woman’s family is currently suing Brandy for millions. Reports say that another car sideswiped Aboudihaj’s car, and she hit the car in front of her before Brandy even made contact. Brandy’s lawyer, the superpowered Blair Berk ,released a statement castigating the California Highway Patrol for issuing a press release before the body was cold, and casting suspicion on Brandy before William Peterson and Jorja Fox even arrived on the scene.

Hope this bitch learns her lesson about driving and yakking on her cell phone. Most people can’t do both at once. Don’t even get me started on those idiots who think they can magically text and drive at the same time without eventually causing a wreck.

it was an ACCIDENT people, I am not a fan of Brandy, BUT I can see she had an accident that caused the othe person do die.
one of my very best friends was killed by a Drunk Driver, the driver got 2 years… big deal….
brandy was not durnk or under ANYTHING, she had an accident… it happens, it sucks don’t get me wrong… but its an accident…

Yes, Lauren is right. Accidents happen. I dont care how good your lawyer is, if the police dont press charges — they have no case. The lawyer cant do anything unless you are charged.
