Why is she wearing sunglasses indoors? She’s so unnatural. She’s ALWAYS done up to the nines with the full pout and pose. Does she EVER get sick of shopping? And those concrete knockers are something else.
I agree, the smile is due to the botox wearing off, the jaw slackened and a smile slipped out, by accident

I’ve read (in British interviews) that she’s super self-conscious about how she looks when she smiles–not necessarily her teeth, but her smile overall. She seems to smile a lot more in UK TV interviews and photo shoots. As ridiculous as she can be, I <3 Posh and Becks!

That was sooo not a real smile if you go to X17 online and watch the video..You can see that the guy tries to give her a hug and she puts her hand out instead..That is an embarress smile..and Awkard smile..She doesn’t have a top lip so how can she smile : )

And she has nice, normal teeth. I just assumed she never smiled because she had Meth-mouth. I guess she doesn’t realize how utterly ridiculous she looks in the perpetual pose.

I am not a fan of the beckhams, especially posh, but she actually looks cute (and human) when she smiles. I agree with most of the above that she should do so more often.
