UPDATE: The Cook County state’s attorney’s office has just officially charged William Balfour with the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.
He’s been charged with three counts of first degree murder and one count of home invasion.

For the three murders in the Jennifer Hudson case, William Balfour has been arrested by Chicago police according to the Chicago Sun-Times. The 27-year-old ex-husband of Jennifer’s sister Julia Hudson was previously in custody on a parole violation and has now been transferred to the hold of Chicago police.
Charges in the homicides of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King are pending approval by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office until which time Balfour will be held in in the Wentworth Area.

im liveing a very stressfull life knowing how these hood rats on the streets can just take upon thereselfs to kill people; send them nast blk. bas—– to front line in iraq. them people are really trying take over. get them off the streets; i feel the familys lost it happen to my nephew, he was cold blooded murdered.oh i could say so much more about these scums
