Megan Fox’s super classy husband and former ’90210′ star Brian Austin Green must really be struggling for money lately. He hasn’t had any notable roles in the past couple of years and seems pretty desperate for extra cash. He is now going after the mother of his 9-year-old child for money he ‘loaned’ her back when they were dating.
According to TMZ, Green’s ’90210′ co-star Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo was given around $200,000 throughout the course of her relationship with him and even though she has given birth to his offspring, he insists that she promised to pay him back.

Megan is keeping it casual by wearing sweatpants, a hoodie sweatshirt, a baseball cap, and sandals as she heads to the car with her hubby on January 13th. Fox is gorgeous to be sure but one questions her intelligence in choosing a real winner like Green to be her husband.

If you borrow money, you should pay it back. She makes loads of money and they share custody, so it’s not a matter of support. A much as I love Vanessa Marcil, why does socialite life always pull a celeb-rank and gender bias?
He seems hard of for cash, IMO. Why wait until now? They dated for quite some time, where rumored to be engaged, and she bore his son. The son was born in 2002 and they were together til about 2004. They have always seem to speak politely in the press about one another. While Vanessa may not be as recognizable of a name she has worked very steadily on GH, 90210, tv movies, and Las Vegas. She made a very high profile return to GH last year and married another working actor on a primetime show. For some reason their finaces seem better. The timing seems suspect and since they were living together and raising their son together, I am trying to figure out why this wouldn’t have come up a bit sooner. Him and Megan have not been working very consistently for a bit and if they were doing well, why smear the name of his son’s child in public?
