If you saw Bridesmaids this past weekend, then you definitely developed a little crush on Chris O’Dowd. The Irish cutie plays Officer Rhodes in the box office wonder, co-starring Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph.
O’Dowd stopped by Conan O’Brien‘s late night show on TBS last night, and he certain won over CoCo. Methinks Bradley Cooper was a little jealous of the attention O’Dowd was getting, because the few times the camera panned to the Hangover 2 star, he was a bit stone-faced.

Originally from the county of Roscommon in Ireland, O’Dowd is the youngest of five siblings. He told O’Brien that his three older sisters used to torture him relentlessly. Sometimes they’d paint his face with makeup while he was asleep and wake him up late. By the time O’Dowd got himself to school, he realized that he had “smokey eyes” and some blush on. Other times one sister would pin him down while the second one tickled him. Then the third one would come in and spit in his mouth. Awwww.

Arrrgh is O’Dowd being an outfit repeater? It’s very possible that he wore the same get-up (complete with a Hawaiian shirt) to Conan as he did to the Los Angeles premiere of Bridesmaids April 28th.
Chris O’Dowd was wonderful in Bridesmaid. You should check him out on “The IT Crowd” – a HILARIOUS British comedy. He’s awesome in it. Actually, the whole cast is awesome.
