Britney Spears and fiance Jason Trawick got out of their SUV today (July 23rd) in Miami ahead of The X-Factor auditions. Spears gave a shout-out to fellow judge Demi Lovato for her hosting duties at last night’s Teen Choice Awards.

A hardcore Spears fan has spent almost $100,000 on a sex change to look like the former pop queen. Kara Hays (formerly Kody Hays) of Ohio was diagnosed with gender dysphoria at age 15. ”When you feel like you’re a girl living in a boy’s body and you try to change you want that validation that you look like a girl. I viewed her as a very strong woman, everybody wanted to date her.
“I focused on Britney and Christina Aguilera for my inspiration: they were the stars that were around when I was younger, they are who you looked up to. Nowadays people have Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. I was just thinking, I want to be a girl now, who do I emulate?” Hays said, according to the Daily Mail.
Listen, I don’t blame her. I still want to look like Spears circa 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
