Louisiana-born Britney Spears is relocating to the South, according to her father and conservator Jamie Spears. The pop star is enjoying the wild success of the first single from her new album Circus. The “Womanizer” video features a fit Britney who appears to be on the mend.

Jamie took the witness stand at a recent court hearing in Los Angeles concerning the validity of the singer’s California driver’s license. When asked if Britney planned to move to Louisiana, Papa Spears answered, “There’s plans right now.”

According to Mr. Spears, Britney’s only tie to California is her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline. He explained to the court, “We have visitation rights. We have to stay to augment those rights.”

I want to see Britney hanging out with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. There’s still time for them to carve pumpkins together! Britney’s kids can borrow Maddox’s knives!
