It was pretty boring… kept waiting for her to do something that wasn’t just pole dancing, or at least pan the camera out so you could watch the dancing & not just her face.
She looked good, though. & it could have been much, much worse.

Here’s what I don’t get: she’s got more $$$ than Satan, why can’t she spend some of it on a wig made from human hair and a step above Lee press-on nails?

Well no, if a family member of mine was driving around unlicensed with the kids riding improperly, without seatbelts, and even on her lap in a way that could kill them all instantly, no, I would never defend that person.
So many Britney supporters seem to desperately shut their eyes to her actual behaviour. I want to know why the children don’t seem to matter at all to her supporters.
In my opinion they are the ONLY things that matter. They didn’t ask to be dropped into this hellish and dangerous life they have. She owes it to them to take proper care of them.
But she obviously doesn’t want them, so things will probably work out exactly as they should, with someone else (anyone else) raising them.

I can no longer hold this in. Britney is a professional pop star and we should expect no less than a kick-ass professional performance from her. When she doesn’t deliver, she isn’t doing her job, period. I don’t care how much she’s got going on in her personal life. Deal with it and produce, or get out of the game. It’s as simple as that.

I give the video a 3 out of 10. It wasn’t horribly bad, but it wasn’t very entertaining. I didn’t understand what the story was behind it (if there was any). Was she trying to seduce that dude we saw for, like, half a second by putting on a strip show? Was Brit and her girlfriends laughing at him? We’re they even at the same place as him? All you saw was Brit dancing around the pole with one hand on it and flipping her hair. Oh, and she was frisking against a mirror. Now if she was actually doing some real stripper moves, like flipping upside down or whatever, it would have been cool. Anyone could do what she was doing in the video…ok, except maybe someone in a wheelchair, but you get my point. I also don’t understand what the whole “stripper theme” even has to do with the damn song! All she wanted to do was make a slutty video to prove to everyone that she’s still “hot”, and guess what? It didn’t work. Now she looks like an even bigger fool than before. Very sad…

um, how could one NOT take those words personally? you directed them at me, how am I supposed to take them? you did more than “share your optimistic viewpoint”, you insulted me. or tried to, at least, with some puerile words.

I find it funny, and incredibly hypocritical, that you called me mean, and yet you spewed venom when all I did was disagree with your “optimistic viewpoint”. which, in truth, wasn’t really an optimistic viewpoint. It was a poor defense of someone by using the “you couldn’t do better” excuse. even if that were true, it’s irrelevant. Britney made herself famous by doing those things. It was her job. It’s not unreasonable to expect a little bit better from her, but she just doesn’t care. She has the time, the experience, and the money to do those things again, and do them well. She chooses to be mediocre, and she’ll never have a comeback with that attitude.

What i meant to say was that if it was someone in my family, (after the first incident) that i would never have stopped trying to help them, not that it’s alright to do the things that she’s done. For the multitudes what Ms. Spears did on the pole was correct…it would have been 2 much and out of her target markets reach if she had turned into skank on the pole..it was very flirty very cutesy. She’s not big with horny teen boys more like tweenys. And the video was SO GOOD ! It really spoke to what she is trying to do. She is not a little girl anymore and now the whole world has seen the very gritty and creative video. Very artsy. And being an artist of mix media myself I can agree !

i agree that i would not be defending her after all this time, BUT it never should have come to these extremes. If she was my daughter(like i sais earlier) it would never have came to the extemes that it has. I would have called the cops, or done anything after the first couple of episodes, not just handed them over to a man that does not care about his kids(if he did he would have stayed with his girlfriend pregnant and other baby, instead of marring Britney for her money and her child support)

There’s nothing flirty or cutesy about dancing with/on/against a pole. Nothing. It’s skank and somewhat demeaning to women. And there wasn’t much creative about the video. It was four minutes or her shimmying against a pole. I’ll admit, I don’t mind the song, it’d be fun to dance to in a club, but I want the old Britney to come back. That girl wasn’t much of a singer but man could she dance. I want dancing Britney back.

This video was horrible. I got motion sickness watching it. She could have at least stufied how to use a stripper pole properly. I think that she should have let the other back up dancers do all the pole dancing. Babies sure have made her a stiff person.
