True, Britney Spears is sans kiddos at the moment, but believes that she’s doing everything in her power to get them back. A close friend of hers (close enough to know this info, but apparently not close enough to keep her business to himself), Sam lufti, recently gave People his version of the State of the Britney Address.
“We … signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get done,” he said. Spears, he added, is “in a good mood, no problems, very optimistic.”
He also pointed out that Kevin Federline’s full-custody of the children is “temporary.” lufti went on to blame scheduling conflicts have kept Britney from fulfilling all of the judge’s requests as quickly as she would like, but that the prognosis for her case for getting her two boys back is “looking good.” Oh Britney, do you even know what temporary means? Let’s see…maybe if I use it in a sentence, as in, “I was temporarily optimistic that Britney would have a comeback…until the VMAs.”

What kind of “obligations” are we talking here? Tanning, shopping, peeing in public restrooms? Give me an effin’ break!
It is interesting to read X17, just b/c they are so up her butt, they spin everything to make it seem like she’s the sane one and we’re all loony-toons.

Scheduling conflicts? Conflicting with what? What exactly is she doing?
I’m sure arrangements could have been made to allow her to follow the court orders for something so important as her kids, if this were true. Could have conflicted with her partying.

Did all the help quit at whatever mansion she’s living in now? No one to make coffee? No one to help her dress in a complete outfit? No one to change the sheets so she doesn’t have to check into hotels? Who writes the checks for the bodyguards and drivers? Weird, weird, weird—-sad and too bad.

I’m done commenting on Britney. They got those kids away from her, which in my opinion was the only thing that mattered. Whatever she does now, she is only doing to herself.
Hopefully she gets whatever help she needs, but i don’t see it honestly.

You know- she controls a lot of her schedule. She’s pulled out of many interviews and photoshoots and recording sessions before to do other various things. I really do think she could have made time to take care of this, as she was (more than likely) informed it would affect her custody hearing.
I’m curious to see the outcome of today’s hearing.

Guess I’m just a self-rightous mom but I’d put EVERYTHING else on-hold to uphold a judge’s orders whether it was for custody of my kids or ANYTHING else.

My guess is she’s banking on the fact that Fedup has no income whatsoever AND probably will not be able to care for the kiddies & will beg BS to take them back.

I think she is still a big star in the world and she made mistakes but it’s not the end of the world for her…..
