After a court date on Friday to assess Britney Spears‘s progress during her conservatorship and the possible future of her independent freedom, Britney took her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston to the park with her boyfriend Jason Trawick. She looks pretty happy so the hearing, closed to the media, must have gone decently well, despite the rumors of her odd behavior.

I know her  $1,500 a week allowance doesn’t seem like enough to her, but it seems like enough not to go around stealing my socks and Keds from eighth grade. I think her brunette hair, though, looks the healthiest and most track-free I’ve seen in years and the boys look like they are doing well.  Sean Preston, in is Shaquelle O’Neal jersey, seems to be bonding with Trawick so here’s to 2010 being an up year for the girl.
