Not to be a nitpicker, but I think these pictures are from after New Years Eve, sometime recently when Britney, for some reason, decided to show her face again at Pure. I think she went back to Vegas this weekend? There are pictures of her walking out of the club in this dress.
Either way, she looks busted.
