Sources report that Britney Spears and “her conservators” (her dad Jamie Spears) have petitioned the court commissioner who oversees her life to allow her to tour the US next year! A revamped Britney bringing us the bangin’ pop tracks, and the dancing, and the love! She also reportedly wants to be able to take the show worldwide! Catch her in Belgium! The Circus is in town!

Spears says that she is “competent” to tour, and would like her conservators to set up all the deals. This is going to be very difficult for Britney, as she is not legally allowed to make any business dealings herself due to conservatorship over her belonging to others.
