A clause in Kevin Federline and Britney Spears’ prenuptial agreement has K-Fed profiting from money made off photos of their children, which is most likely why Britney has agreed to give away photos of her second son, Jayden James, to the magazine of her picking. From Women’s Wear Daily:

Sources say Spears has sidestepped her usual go-to venue, People, which ran the first photos of the then-happy family in December. Instead, she’s gunning for the prestige of a monthly or bimonthly, hoping to rehabilitate her flagging image in the TomKat/Vanity Fair mold.

Well-played, Ms. Spears. Well-played. I think I’m going to enjoy this divorce.
