Britney Spears stepped out yesterday with what appeared to be some sort of knitted doily atop her head when she went to the Commons shopping TWICE in one day in Calabasas, California.

However, there may be some good news in store for Britney’s hair. It seems that a source has informed UsMagazine.com that Britney is going to get some new extensions that will go down to her butt…

It seems that the singer is turning to stylist Kim Vo for some new help and inspiration. Thankfully Vo was not responsible for much of the mess we’ve seen Britney strutting out with over the years.

While I’m all about her getting some good extensions in her head, she needs to stick with a hair style for more than a week. As the source also pointed out, she changes her mind about her style all the time.

That explains many of the nappy, ratty scare-cuts we’ve seen her with.
