After being dismissed for the weekend, the jury in the Britney Spears driving case returned to court on Monday, only to end the day unable to nudge the votes from the 10-2 count. They were sent home that afternoon after informing the judge that they were deadlocked. No information is yet available of how the votes are stacking up on either side.

As for Britney, she recently posted some candid pictures of dance rehearsals on her newly revamped website BritneySpears.com. The pop star is looking fit as ever, showing off her trademark toned belly while rehearsing for her upcoming album release.

I’m not sure what this means for her legal team. But I think that clearly, a jury isn’t sufficient. They should really consider settling this with a dance-off.
