Britney took the stage at the House of Blues in Anaheim for twelve minutes. And apparently was lip-synching so blatantly that she was chewing gum during some of the songs. Hee hee. Seriously? Its over.
Security was tighter in Anaheim – it took the crowd nearly two hours to get through the metal detectors – with guards seizing cellular phones in an apparent reaction to the flood of pictures and videos of the San Diego show on the Internet.
As the crowd chanted, “Britney! Britney! Britney!” the lights dimmed at about 9:35 p.m. and Spears, wearing a wig over her famously shaved head, launched into “Baby One More Time” in a carbon copy of the San Diego show – down to the at-times bad lip-syncing. At several points, she was seen chewing gum during songs.
“She was a little off, a little slower than her dancers,” said Kelly Weston of Orange County. “If I hadn’t heard about last night I would probably be disappointed.”
But a group of young women expressed themselves on their tight pink tank tops, which read, “Bald Ambition” on the front and “The Comeback 2007″ on the back.
Oh you poor things. I know. I too want to believe this is just her trying to fool our asses than coming back big and bright at the VMAs or something. I dont think so. Im thinking a casino show in Reno and possibly an upcoming stint at hosting Extra! in a couple of years. If she gives vaginal kisses to the right person.

It is just hard to watch her continue to struggle for what she had once, all the while knowing that it just isn’t happening. I really just wish someone could make her go and hide until she is ready to be out in public! She has lots of money, she just needs to go hide…
This type of entertainment is fitting for stripper clubs. You’ve got her next career move move wrong wrong wrong. My guess, she’ll be performing in tittie bars with nasty men throwing money at her feet.
Poor Britney, I feel so sorry for her. She just doesn’t realize that she’s making a fool of herself. I really hope she gets herself together soon.
As much as it saddens me to say this, I’m pretty sure it would be in her best interest to buy a remote island somewhere and disappear, probably forever. It would be impossible for her to make a comeback now after making such an ass of herself these last couple years, and especially in the last few months. The only reason she had any success before was due to the fact that everyone wanted to bone her (and I suppose, some catchy songs). After this whole ordeal, even if she gets that hot body back, the damage has been done. If she is ever considered a sex symbol again, it will be a miracle by the hand of God himself.
Unfortunately, she is not taking my advice and I continue to feel embarassed for her everytime she shows up in the news.
Britney’s show didn’t suck! That is the biggest LOAD of crap I have ever heard. She is an awesome performer and really got the crowd going. YAY!!! 4 Britney’s COMEBACK!
