When soccer star David Beckham was asked by the mag how he felt about his status as the “gayest straight man in Britain and the blackest white man.”
In response, “Yes, I like that. When someone said that about me, it made me laugh and I was quite proud of it.” Huh? I could see the gay thing but black? I can’t figure out what stereotype they’re implying here. That he’s an ass man?

Whitest black man? Maybe they mean’t it more as an insult (Britian’s biggest chav or whigger) than a compliment.
I remember seeing him on Snoop Dogg’s show and he looked so uncomfortable. He wasn’t even down with eating waffles and chicken. Black man he is not.
