Fans of the FOX musical sensation, Glee, will be singing for joy at the news that Broadway star, Idina Menzel, will be making an appearance on the television series.

Menzel–who has admitted to being a fan of Glee and star, Lea Michele–will be taking on the recurring role of coach of McKinely High’s rival glee club, Vocal Adrenaline.

Idina’s guest spot on the show will last through the last nine episodes of the series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Well, after her appearance on the show, Glee won’t necessarily have been changed for the better, but it will have been changed for good. Oh, who am I kidding? It will be better, for sure.
