Brooke Mueller’s stepfather Jon Fiore told RadarOnline.com that Brooke is receiving treatment at Two Dreams Outer Banks in North Carolina. “She is recognizing that she needs help and she can’t do it on her own.”  Fiore’s confirmation comes after a series of reports and denials that she wasn’t in rehab.  “She is there.  But it’s a recovery place, and it is in a resort setting and the picture I’d like to paint more is that she’s seeking help she wants to, she’s dealing with this.”

Her stepfather goes on to say, “This is a lot to deal with and I commend her for finally, you know, she couldn’t go back to the house, what is she going to do?  With all the problems and the stress?  She’s getting help and her mother is with her.”

Yale Galanter, Brooke’s lawyer denied the reports she was in rehab.  Galanter did not comment on Brooke’s location but reveals she is with her mother for rest and recovery from pneumonia and infection.

Brooke’s mother Moira Fiore does reveal to E! Online: “It’s true that we are at resort that specializes in many things for a ‘wellness’ facility…People come here for a variety of reasons. Brooke’s reason is mainly to get away and be pampered, and, at the same time, she can work on her physical and emotional health.”

I wonder if Brooke even knows she is in rehab.  Is her mother and stepfather also telling her where they are going is a beautiful resort full of manny pettys and facials?  At least she is at her rehab-resort and not at the bars.
