Now that rumors of Megan Fox starring as Catwoman have been debunked, Charlize Theron is reportedly seriously considering the role of the Batman movie vixen.

The Hancock star is quoted by IMDb.com as having said, “I think what has happened to that franchise is amazing. (Batman filmmaker) Chris Nolan is a genius. I would be an idiot to not consider that part.” Currently, the follow-up to the wildly successful Batman installment, The Dark Knight, is scheduled to be released in theaters in 2011.

Meanwhile, it appears as if the actress is already on working on her “concealing her real identity” skills here, leaving the gym in Beverly Hills with a friend shielding her face with an umbrella.
