Did you know Criss Angel Mindfreak was married? Apparently no one did, so he thought it was cool to dump her ass and take up with Cameron Diaz. The secret Mindfreak wife wasn’t jazzed about this.
The “secret” Long Island wife of kooky magician Criss Angel yesterday accused him of having an affair with Cameron Diaz, claiming their marriage broke down as soon as the TV illusionist got famous and bedded the Hollywood star.
Celebrity lawyer Dominic Barbara – who represents Angel’s wife, Joanne Sarantakos – says he will now subpoena Diaz and have her testify about their romance, in state Supreme Court in Mineola, to support the spurned spouse’s divorce suit on the grounds of mental cruelty and abandonment.
Allegedly their marriage was kept secret because producers though they should perpetuate Criss’ image of an unattached hot goth magician type. I’ve seen the same-looking people pull better tricks down at the Hot Topic, but I guess it was enough for this broad. Hopefully he can make Cameron Diaz and her offensive purses disappear.

every story I read about this said that he “dumped” Minnie Driver to hook up with Diaz…or, more accurately, that Minnie Driver found out she had been dumped when the reports of Angel/Diaz together surfaced.

I agree Suburban Socialite. She’s pretty stupid to allow herself to be “invisible”. That’s what happens when you co-sign on a stupid arrangement like that. If you don’t acknowledge your position and you let the person you’re with keep you a secret – why should ANYONE respect or acknowledge you?

Cameron Diaz visited Peru recently, and she wore a bag that was embellished with a politcal slogan that offended the people there. She has since apologised for her ignorance; she wasn’t aware of the distaste for the symbol that represented the death of 70,000 people during an insurgency by the Maoist ‘Shining Path’ rebel movement in Peru.
NOt only was he with Minie Driver and engaged to her .. he was with her for more than six months before even getting together with Cameron. Where was the wife then? Why wasn’t she bringing a subpeopna against the girl that was sleeping with her man for six months and goes after the one that went out to four dates with? I think Chris Angels wife is a sham…and so is her sleazy lawyer. Shes looking to make a fast buck.. Too bad all the real facts will come out and she is going to end up tarnisheing her own rep and showing she picked the wrong. lawyer. BTW… when a man and woman do not live together for a period of time and don’t have relations its considered abodonment in most cases. She could have filed it that way.
