Get it? Cause Canadians say “Eh?” Sorry, I’m in a mood.

At the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto on Sunday, Rihanna received an award for her hit single “Umbrella,” which was named the most-watched video on the MuchMusic website. Appropriately enough, stars were forced to bust out the umbrellas when it started raining. Bless her heart, I love Rihanna and think she’s plenty sexy, but the Sesame Street Dominatrix Cop look is just not working for me. It looks too much like after the show, she’s going to walk on Big Bird’s balls with her stilettos, for which she will get a huge tip.

The New Kids on the Block in a full-on attempt at a comeback performed in all-white, to represent the color of their hair when they miss a dye job. Kidding! They’re not that old, except that yes, they are. Sean Kingston hit the red carpet with some teensy-looking girl and at first I thought he was going to tell me he was sorry for 2004.

As for my favorite look of the evening, I’m loving Mel C’s hair, make-up, dress–the whole shebang. And she is working that big-ass umbrella.
