Restaurateur and self-professed food lover Eva Longoria is making a splash in Vegas with the opening of a second restaurant. The actress opened her first–named Beso–in Hollywood and now she’s planning to open Beso Vegas.

The eatery will open its doors with a typically Vegas event on New Year’s Eve 2010, hosted by the petite Desperate Housewives star. Longoria tells People that she’s “so excited about opening Beso Vegas.” She adds, “Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar.”

And putting her money where her mouth is–in terms of her passion for eating–here’s Eva stepping out with a female friend for a whopping helping of pasta before hitting up some boutiques in Los Angeles. Gotta love a woman who carbo loads before shopping.
