Carey Mulligan Tells Shia LaBeouf To Stay Home For The Oscars

March 6th, 2010 // 2 Comments

Sorry, Shia, looks like you may be cool enough to be in Wall Street 2: Nobody Cares, but not cool enough to be on the arm of Carey Mulligan at tomorrow night’s Oscar’s. The little cutie and nominated star of An Education told E! Online she’ll be going the expected route, taking her mom, dad, and brother.

I bet you Shia LaBeouf is piiiissssed. Maybe you should start taking more versatile roles than Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and you’d get invited to the Oscars on your own, via nomination that is. I’m sure when these two have their lovers’ quarrels as all young lovers do, Carey loves to sneak in the fact that she’s been nominated for a statue, all the while he was swapping spit with Megan Fox. Oscar nod trumps Fox, always!

Love this girl …she’s so professional and smart with her career. She’ll bag an Oscar one day. As for Shia, I’ll bet he’s a great bf, but he could use some help picking roles
