Man of Steel star Henry Cavill paid a visit to The Tonight Show last night (June 06, 2013), and the actor revealed to Jay (watch the clip below) that he credits his parents for keeping him grounded.

Henry said: ”My upbringing has kept me grounded. My amazing parents have always told me to remain humble and thankful for what I get.”

Demi Lovato has gone through some pretty difficult stuff in her life. Apparently she’s struggled with depression for a very long time — since the age of 7. (She’s also said she’s had body dysmorphia since age 3.)

And here comes one of the more bizarre things I’ve ever heard of: her parents made her, at age 7, sign a contract that she would not kill herself.

Supernatural stud Jensen Ackles and his wife Danneel Harris have welcomed their first child.

The former One Tree Hill actress gave birth to a baby girl on May 30 and to pull one over on Holllywood. She announced the birth on Twitter last night (June 07, 2013):
