Is rehab in the cards for Reese Witherspoon or Jim Toth?

“If you’re Reese Witherspoon, who do you sell out to save your own ass when the MiniVan Majority suddenly isn’t so impressed with it?” — This was the final line of my post yesterday re: Reese Witherspoon’s arrest for being a bratty bitch to a police officer in Atlanta. Click here for a refresher. And here’s another refresher: DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? Remember that and the implications behind the question: I am better than you and I can and will destroy you.

Witherspoon was supposed to appear on Jimmy Fallon tonight to promote her new film Mud. She walked the carpet at the premiere in New York on Sunday night but did not work the press line. Not surprisingly, given all that’s happened, she’s not prepared to answer any questions about the incident on television. And Fallon would have to go there.

The Time Lindsay Lohan Did Lines Of Cocaine In Front Of A Gossip Blogger

Anyway, back in 2009, Lindsay Lohan was hanging out with a gossip blogger named Nik Richie who founded The Dirty. He’s written a book called Sex, Lies & The Dirty. In the book, he details an incident involving Lohan in 2009. She was doing coke and acting like a crackhead.

“The PR girl opens the bathroom door for us to walk through and stands guard outside,” Richie, who is set to star of VH1′s Couple’s Therapy, wrote in the book. “It’s candlelit, but the light makes my pupils shrink. Lindsay goes straight for the toilet, pulling her dress up and sitting (no underwear) and one of her breasts is hanging out the top of the dress. I start to wash my hands and she asks me, ‘So, what’s your story?’ before doing an uneven line of coke off her wrist. “I say, ‘Nothing… just, y’know… partying.’”

Katherine Thurston was recently indicted by a grand jury for an alleged altercation with the Les Miserables actor outside of Gotham Gym in Greenwich Village in NYC this past April. Her lawyer, Liz Beal, said it’s not yet clear if her client is mentally capable to continue with prosecution.
