A mug shot, then a video of her with her hands cuffed, and now more details about Reese Witherspoon‘s arrest — it was PEOPLE that, surprisingly, reported on the specifics of Reese’s jail house photo and why she’s not looking directly to camera. According to the magazine’s sources, it’s because she was still “wobbly”.

Apparently they tried a few times to take a proper picture but her motor skills were still impaired. At some point, she posed by bending over at the waist.

The Kardashian’s just can’t stay out of some sort of trouble.

In case you thought Rob Kardashian might be the best of a bad bunch – well think again. The youngest Kardashian went through an ugly split from Rita Ora last winter and it totally send him into a tailspin. Rob gained 40 pounds of fat even though he unloaded a dump truck full of garbage about his ex on Twitter. He caught a glimpse of himself recently and decided to take action. Rob has been doing hard core gym work outs with Gunnar Peterson and on March 27th he was caught off guard in the parking garage shirtless after a rough session.

According to the April 29th print edition of National Enquirer, a female photographer snapped a “money shot” of half-dressed and pudgy Rob and he freaked out. Not only did he steal her memory card but also smacked her in the face. At the time Rob was handcuffed and taken into custody, but released with no charges being filed. Here’s the catch.

Reese Witherspoon released a statement late Sunday apologizing for her behavior to police that began when her husband, Hollywood agent Jim Toth, was arrested early Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol.

“I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said,” Witherspoon said. “It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I’m very sorry for my behavior.”

Witherspoon said she can’t comment further “out of respect” for the pending case, and her publicist, Meredith O’Sullivan Wasson, offered no other details.  Read More »

Well, well. Actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband James Toth were arrested in Fulton County early Friday morning.

Toth was arrested for DUI and Witherspoon for obstructing an officer. It happened around 12:40a.m. Friday on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA.

Toth was driving and was pulled over after swerving in and out of the lane. The Oscar-winning actress, who is currently in the city shooting her new movie The Good Lie, allegedly got into a war of words with a police officer during her husband’s arrest.

The actress was warned twice not to get out of the couple’s Ford Focus, which was spotted driving in the wrong lane, and was arrested after she decided to get out to complain that the process was taking too long.  Read More »

Katherine Thurston was recently indicted by a grand jury for an alleged altercation with the Les Miserables actor outside of Gotham Gym in Greenwich Village in NYC this past April. Her lawyer, Liz Beal, said it’s not yet clear if her client is mentally capable to continue with prosecution. In all the excitement of yesterday’s manhunt for the Boston marathon bombing suspect, somebody’s fingers were moving faster than their brain at FOX News. For those watching the FOX affiliate in Boston at 1:47 p.m., a photo of the suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev was posted and underneath the closed-captioning text read, “He is 19-year-old Zooey Deschanel.” Clearly, someone simply became yet another victim of some pretty amazing autocorrect madness.
