Thank God I was wrong to assume that Taylor Swift went cray-cray-tay and bought a house on the periphery of the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport, MA.

In all honesty, though, can you blame me?  Sister pens lovelorn songs about her ex-boyfriends.  Buying a house near her new 18-year-old boyfriend isn’t that far-fetched.

Taylor Swift is nuts.  NUTS, I tell you.  Who buys a home near her new boyfriend’s family compound after dating for two months?  What’s to become of your 13-room love nest when this thing goes south?

Young love is splendid, and it’s super that Swift and Conor Kennedy, 18, are getting along, but where was her financial advisor during this purchase?

A realtor in Hyannisport, MA confirmed to People that Swift did indeed buy the property, which overlooks the Nantucket Sound.  ”It’s in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys,” the realtor said. “It’s a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years.”

Paris Hilton and new boyfriend Frederick were spotted on the Island Cavallo off the Italian coast yesterday (August 6, 2012). The twosome were seen cuddling and embracing each other at the the romantic secluded location. The couple were matching in their black swimsuits as the socialite slipped on a one-piece swimsuit with a sparkled design on the front.

So what has this Hilton been doing lately? saving lives! not by the pool, but from a recent encounter with a young man named Mike Oliveri, a muscular dystrophy patient whom Paris met at a nightclub. The two established a friendly connection and maintained contact. Paris was moved by Oliveri’s anecdote about his condition and how he is struggling to make ends meet and the added pressure medical bills. So moved, in fact, that Hilton gifted him $5,000 to relieve the financial woes from the young guy.

Olympian gold medalist one day, Kellogg’s Corn Flakes box cover girl the next day.

The company announced the special-edition boxes today following the 16-year-old Virginia Beach native’s gold medal win in London on Thursday.

Kellogg is a sponsor of the United States Olympic Committee and USA Gymnastics, a news release says. The company also is the title sponsor of the 2012 Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastics Champions. The tour next month will begin in California and feature Team USA’s top performing gymnasts.

He’s worn cardigans, a pompadour mohawk and the occasional tuxedo, which earned New England dreamboat quarterback Tom Brady a spot on Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed List.

The September style issue is one that hopefuls pour over annually, then whisk away to the drawing room, hell-bent on making it the next year.

One person who will most likely be on this list forever?  Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, who made her first appearance on the VF you-are-fancy-and-elegant roster back in 2010, and again last year.

George Clooney is putting his 2008 Tesla “Signature 100″ Roadster to help raise money for Sudan crisis victims.

This will be one of many different cars auctioned at Gooding & Co. on August 18th, and it’s expected that the $125,000 car will fetch a pretty penny for the Satellite Sentinel Project, a non-profit devoted to preventing the civil war between Northern and Southern Sudan.

In today’s highlight of #FirstWorldProblems, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard complained at a NYC screening of their new movie Hit & Run that they are upset that since Justin Bieber moved into their neighborhood, all the noise and paparazzi are reminiscent of the middle Eastern country of Lebanon!

Now, I get it. My neighbors are ALWAYS complaining about my pop star lifestyle too. The raging parties,the paparazzi hiding in the trees. Ugh. Annoying.

But, do we think that Kristen & Dax are genuinely upset that all the attention Biebs is bringing to the neighborhood is annoying OR are they just jelly that they aren’t garnering the same caliber of attention? I mean, I guess they did rank as #61 in a Hot Hollywood couple survey in 2011. But… there’s only ONE Selena & Justin!

There are worse things in life to be mad at y’all. Someone get this girl a sloth already.
