Catherine Zeta Jones and Kirk Douglas are pleading for leniency in the case of Michael Douglas‘ son. Cameron Douglas has been charged with drug dealing and will be sentenced next week and his step-mother and grandfather have both sent letters to Manhattan’s Federal Court in New York, urging the judge to be lenient.

Zeta Jones, pictured in NYC March 30, wrote Cameron is “a considerate, worthy human being.” He pleaded guilty to dealing meth and could spend 10 years in jail. Kirk wrote he would like to see his grandson out before he dies.
