This year’s Cannes Film Festival is taking place in the midst of the U.S. recovering from a pretty severe economic crisis and as a result, financial experts are reporting that yacht rentals are down, as well as party equipment, along with all other expenses usually associated with the festival’s celebrations.
So although we’re expecting it to be a less flashy Cannes than most of us are used to, the star power of the celebs in attendance should still be top-notch. Eva Longoria, Ryan Phillippe and Hayden Panettiere were seen here, arriving in Nice, looking sedate yet sexy.
And Mariah Carey arrived yesterday, looking like something right out of a cartoon, bringing tidings of good cheer in her suitcase. Isn’t she precious?

That poor blonde girl wearing the pink sweat suit walking beside Longoriah looks very upset that someone is sneaking a grope of her breast.
It looks like Ken Paves isn’t so gay if that’s his finger sexually molesting her breast against her will.
She’s probably too nice and too worried about her job to file a complaint against him for harassament – if the molesting finger belongs to him.
