If you’re not in Park City, Utah then get your celebrity ass to Washington, DC to be amidst history in the making! Or just go to text in the DJ booth out of boredom while your girlfriend spins records! Or presses “play” on her Nano. Skinny Minnie Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were among the celebrities at the “Declare Yourself: A New Age of Citizenship” event at the Reinassance Hotel in DC last night.

Declare Yourself is the youth voter initiative that reportedly got even the most weed-infused slacker off their garage sale couch to pull a lever in the booth in November. They continue to try and inspire the youngins’ to get civic-minded.

Jessica “Snarlyface” Alba (well, the baby seems to be cracking her stank exterior somewhat) was the hostess of the event and actually made the bangs look good. And Maroon 5 and John Legend were the musical entertainment when SamRo wasn’t playing N.E.R.D. remixes while Lindsay complained about how she’d heard the coke in DC was choice and yet felt let down by the quality so far. “I had better shit in rehab,” she said. Ok, we don’t know if she said that, but it’s Lindsay Lohan.
