When a celebrity has a public embarrassment they go to rehab. So what happens when a couple has a public embarrassment and you don’t know whose fault it is? You both go!

After Charlie Sheen maybe held up a knife to wife Brooke Mueller and threatened her and Brooke maybe made a drunk 911 call there’s no maybes about rehab.  Brook spent some time at rehab light right after the incident and then checked into real rehab after Charlie’s arraignment.  Now it’s Charlie’s turn.

Sheen’s rep says the return to rehab is “a preventative measure.” A source told People, “Charlie is stressed. He’s tired. The kids are on his mind. Brooke’s on his mind… He didn’t want to get a place where he had the urge to get high. He’s not using and he doesn’t want to. He felt like he needed to get away from negative influences around him and clear his head, rest and take a short break.”

There is no word who is taking car of the kids that are on his mind and if what’s in the brown bag when he left the doctors office yesterday is also preventative.
