Charlie Sheen is facing both felony and misdemeanor charges for his Christmas Day sh*tshow with wife, Brooke Mueller.  The actor will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, according to TMZ.

Sheen and Mueller got into an argument that turned very ugly on Christmas morning.  Both were reported to be drunk during the escalated fracas, which resulted in Sheen’s arrest after Mueller placed a 911 call.

Denise Richards, Sheen’s ex-wife, was on Oprah earlier this month to talk about her sordid relationship with the troubled actor.  Not a banner 2010 so far for One Charlie Sheen.

The hot mess(es) will appear in court on Monday, but Sheen is not expected to enter a plea.  In addition to the charges, a judge will decide whether or not to “relax” the order prohibiting contact between the two nutters.

How odd to witness the appearance of Charlie Sheen at the People’s Choice Awards in January.  As if none of this transpired…
