Cheryl Cole made an announcement within hours of landing in London today that her marriage with husband Ashley Cole is O-V-E-R, the Sun reports, after he cheated on her with five different women.

Cheryl apparently texted Ashley buh-bye during her visit to Los Angeles, where she sought refuge amid reports of his adultery. But the X-Factor judge may be seeking comfort in someone else’s arms…

Close friend Derek Hough, 24, the cute singer/dancer who
appeared in Dancing With The Stars, has been giving Cheryl support in L.A. through the ordeal. Or is it more? The two were spotted around town getting cozy, and apparently on her last night in town he “comforted” her for 7 hours until 4AM.

She cancelled her original flight out of LA a day earlier. Does this mean a possible move to America for Cheryl?
