Chris Brown and his legal team are trying negotiate a plea, but only under the condition that the singer’s charges would be dropped to a misdemeanor and no jail time would have to be served. TMZ reports that Rihanna’s reported “aggressiveness,” the fact that she struck the first blows, after reading the text message to Brown from another woman.
However, TMZ also reports that Rihanna told cops that Chris had hit her before and that the incidents were become increasingly more violent. Also, that text message apology sent to Rihanna’s assistant 9 days after the fact is considered an admission of guilt and admissible in court.
Even though Chris still has his day in court for a jury determine his guilt or innocence, talk show host Oprah Winfrey has already made her ruling concerning the matter. On her show, Oprah cautioned Rihanna, “If a man hits you once, he will hit you again. He will hit you again.” Or make good on his promise.

Oprah is correct and needs to keep expressing her opinion about this animal. The man, although, only 19 has no shame or remorse for his actions. His attitude is so typical of the entitled assholes in the entertainment business.

If they are toxic for one another they need to stay apart. The judge and doc’s will decide who’s ‘crazy and cruel’ and if someone is in danger by this relationship, not OPRAH!

Well google that pic and you can tell now that she was really hiding a busted lip!! chris is an a**hole. he shows no remorse for his actions. like really you should see pics of him goin to church and counseling but instead we see pics of him jet skiing, hanging out at the bar till 3:45am, playing basketball, and now enjoying ice cream with a smile…. and for people who say stay out their business you dumb. When your a celeb ur job is to be in the public eye 24/7. and they get paid a lot for it!! it’s a trade off… so if they want a 9-5 with weekends off they should pic a different career.

Oprah is not God, she does not know anything about domestic abuse. She has no kids and has never been married, but yet has all the advise in the world. The only advise she is good for is her shoe fettish. Anyway it takes two to tangle, word is this is nothing new, they both have been extremely agressive towards one another and it doesn’t make it right for Women to hit first either. I’m a woman and had my share of issues in the past. I’ve ditched and received it. Its not healthy at all for all parties involved. My prayers are for both of them and that they careers do no suffer. If Rhianna honestly did hit first I say she should be honest about the situation, Keep It Real. Everyone is acting like their families and lives are perfect… Stop it.. Be honest about things, and women we know we can be spitfule and bitter when we find out our man is steppint out on us. Be honest. It is CB and Rhiannas decision to remain together not the worlds, and definitely not Oprah’s.. Who is she??? Whateverrr… She knows nothing… If anything she needs to pray for them both and stop casting stones.. I know people men and women went through counseling and still has issues. This is a matter only Jesus can Heal… CB & Rhi get back to work. People are so fake in this world, I bet you everyone is listending to R.Kells and cheering for Kobe Bryant and jamin to James Brown, Oh didn’t he have a domestic issue in the past before? God rest his soul, just making references because it seems like America has a memory issues… Oh I forgot, did anyone forget about Our Weed Swimming Olympian Micahel Phelps…My how soon the world forgets. Or how about Mike Tyson when he was beaten on Robin Givens… There were plenty of Celebs supporting sitting ring side… Play the tapes… play the tapes…Leave this 19 year old young man alone, maybe he should have been a rapper, smoking and drinking in the videos maybe no one would even care, why because its expected.
