It’s so glad to see that Chris Brown is surrounding himself with good influences. Partying at LIV in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, where Lady Gaga played her “bloody” good concert, Chris Brown hung out all night with Bow Wow.

Bow Wow tweeted his state throughout the evening.

“Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tipsy as f*ck. Just left @livmiami.” And “Im f*cked up!!! Ohhhh d*mn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris might have to drive after next spot.”

Realizing his stupidity for tweeting about how fucked up he was, he later tweeted an apology.

“Apologize for that tweet,” he wrote Friday (January 1). “it was stupid and immature. not a way i want to kick my #2010 year off. i got too much good stuff lined up. my bad.”

Also in attendance were Neon, Stacey Keibler, Simon Huck, Jeffrey Donovan, Sasha and the daddy loving Hayden Panettiere (not pictured).
