Chris Brown Sentencing Postponed Until August 27th

Sentencing for R&B singer Chris Brown has been postponed until later this month. Brown, who pleaded guilty to a felony assault charge for beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna, will now be sentenced on August 27th.

He’s expected to get five years probation and 180 days of community service when that happens. The judge is looking for him to be doing hard labor.

The judge is expected to let him do the community service in his home state of Virginia.
