Despite her piss-poor performance at the Super Bowl, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Hudson (who I also find trying at times) are among the stars who will pay tribute to Aretha Franklin‘s career at the Grammy Awards. Yolanda Adams, Martina McBride and Florence Welch will also take to the stage to honour The Queen Of Soul at the event in Los Angeles, it has been confirmed.
The performance will feature individual and group renditions of some of Franklin’s best-loved tracks. Other previously-announced performers include Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Drake, Eminem, Katy Perry, Lady GaGa and Bruno Mars, while the ‘MusiCares Person of the Year’ recipient Barbra Streisand will also perform.
The 53rd Grammy Awards air thisSunday, February 13. We’ll be live tweeting the event and covering the red carpet so be sure to follow us now!
