Christina Aguilera let it all hang out at today’s Tokyo premiere of her new shit-show movie Burlesque: no, not her huge boobs, but the scar that got them there! Christina has a large scar under her right armpit, a telltale sign of breast augmentation surgery in which implants are inserted through the armpit (um, gross!)

For years it’s been rumored that the pop-singer had a little something-something done to her upper half, but she’s always been mum. Perhaps starting over with a new man has inspired some opening up? No pun intended.
