Like everyone else, Christina Aguilera wants 2011 to be a good one.  To shimmy on into the next chapter, the Burlesque star threw a New Year’s Eve party at her Beverly Hills mansion.  Stars like newlyweds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were treated to three bars, a dance floor,  sushi bar, photo booth, tarot card reader and mini egg Mcmuffins at midnight.  To toast in what she hopes to be a better year than 2010, Aguilera popped open her customized bottle of Moet champagne (her name was engraved on it).  Dressed in a silver Herve Leger number and sparklesome Louboutins, Aguilera urged friends and family to enjoy themselves at her party.

The singer/actress, now 30, is currently dating production assistant Matt Rutler (who was in attendance, no doubt for a midnight smooch).  Aguilera told People, “Everything is exciting right now.  I’m an actress and I’m a single mom. I’m entering my thirties. I’m looking at this as an exciting new chapter in my life.”
