The star of Samantha Who? revealed to Us Weekly her feelings about her late boyfriend Lee Grivas, who was discovered dead on Tuesday. “Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life,” Christina said.

She and Lee shared an on-again, off-again relationship and according to a source that also talked to Us, “Christina really loved him.” The 26-year-old was found in his Hollywood apartment with no visible signs of trauma.

An autopsy has yet to be completed, however the National Enquirer reports that it was “an apparent heroin overdose.” The skateboarder, fisherman and aspiring photographer passed away on July 1. Applegate added, “He is missed beyond words.”
