Well-paid intern Nick Cannon escorted his boss, also know as his wife, Mariah Carey, out to dinner last night at Mr. Chow.  This time, the kid actually got to tag along for the meal part. 

After months of watching Nick play the perfect husband, it’s
hard to believe the talent caretaker was ever a player.  Even
former girlfriend Christina Milian, who once enjoyed a hobby of shit-talking Nick’s cheating ways, is impressed.

Having put aside the initial shock/disgust we
all felt about Nick and Mariah’s rush to the altar, the songstress is chalking
Nick’s two-timing up to the sewing of wild oats (eyes roll).  And, she
even claims to believe that her ex and his cougar will stay married.  That makes one of us!

Citing “the
age difference” as a bonus rather than a handicap, Christina says the marriage will last
because Mariah “seems really happy” and Nick “brings a youthful
energy.” 

Does anyone else smell a publicist here?  That or Miss Milian is on Mariah’s payroll too…
