While Courteney Cox may be enjoying a jog along the beach, she’s had one busy summer. She has two movies that she’s had to promote, “The Barnyard” and the upcoming “Zoom.” Plus she also a new series coming out on F/X called “Dirt.” Cox is set to play an editor of a tabloid publication. She wasn’t initially going to star in the show, but she liked the script so much, she couldn’t resist.
“Ian Hart plays my paparazzi and it’s great. It’s a really fantastic series. We were producing and then I read the script when it finally came in and I said, ‘I gotta do this.’”
Even though she has been friendly with some of the photographers, she has some advice for them.
“To them it’s a job, but to me it makes me want to sell my house in Malibu. A job is one thing, but do it at a restaurant, take our picture anywhere but don’t take it in the backyard of our home [where] I have a house on the ocean.”

Media, it’s a double edged sword Mrs.Arquette. You use it when you have something to promote, then there are pictures and interviews with you everywhere we turn, demanding that we take an interest in your work, your looks, your child and your marriage, and then its intrusive when it’s no use to you.

Well, at least there is something that courtney can be busy with. After friends she really needs to make a lot of movies. One way to entertain her for awhile.
