Hole singer, Courtney Love, has lost legal custody of her daughter with late Nirvana singer, Kurt Cobain. A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court tells E! Online, “The court orders Wendy O’Connor and Kimberly Cobain temporary guardians of the person and temporary guardians of the estate of Frances Bean Cobain.”
The two women are Kurt’s mother and sister–Frances Bean’s paternal grandmother and aunt–and are now responsible for the 17-year-old’s living situation, health care and education until the girl’s 18th birthday next August.
While no official statement has been released from any party involved, the Hole singer’s rambling Facebook status updates have grown increasingly more confusing, ranting about everyone from Madonna, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and ex, Edward Norton.
The real question is, who’s Courtney’s legal guardian?
