I can’t even begin to understand what it would be like to be stalked on a level as disturbing as the darling Jennifer Garner has been of late. While I can’t get enough of the photos of her and Ben Affleck picking up little Violet from school, that’s exactly where it should end.

Unfortunately, some people take it a little too far. The culprit this time is a man by the name of Steven Richard Burky. Burky is currently accused of  felony stalking and violating a year-old restraining order against him by the Garner-Affleck clan.

On Monday, Burky was jailed in Santa Monica a mere block away from little Violet Affleck’s school. According to Burky’s blog, this obsession began in 2002 when he experienced a vision from God that sparked his inappropriate fascination with the power couple and their two small children.

The latest update has Burky pleading NOT GUILTY to all charges. If he makes bail, it will cost him a hot 300,000 dolla-dolla bills in addition to being ordered to stay 500 feet away from anyone in her family. Let’s hope for the safety and sanity of this family that this whack-job follows some damn laws for a change.
